Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series is now getting updated to Android 10 firmware with One UI 2.0. After weeks of Beta testing, the brand is finally at a point where the firmware is stable enough to be pushed over to all Galaxy Note 10 / Note 10 Plus phones as an official release. Arriving first for users who had already signed up and installed Beta, more general builds should pop up for others in the coming days. This release comes in just over a week since Android 10 was launched first on Galaxy S10.

If you have not been following the Beta program, Samsung was busy developing a large overhaul for its overlaying UI skin that the company planned to launch alongside Android 10 update. This is also why Samsung has been way behind in updating its devices to newer Android. Regardless, the update is here and your Galaxy Note 10 should be receiving it via OTA(Over-the-air) update any time now. Moreover, as soon as we have our hands on the complete firmware files, we will do a complete manual installation guide for One UI 2.0 Android 10 on Galaxy Note 10 series so do keep an eye out for that if you want to manually update.

With the latest firmware update, Galaxy Note 10 owners will be receiving new Android 10 revision and with that, a completely revised One UI skin from Samsung. Initially launched with Pie, this is the first change iteration for Samsung’s One UI that is geared towards larger screens. There are bunch of new features to experience with this release such as navigation gestures, revised icon styles and new system apps.

Apart from changes that are developed by Samsung, a new Android revision means it carries various system feature improvements and performance enhancements that have been directly developed by Google — maintainers of Android itself.
