OnePlus 7 is an upcoming flagship that is nearing its official release next month and a lot of information has already been leaked out regarding the device. Already, OnePlus has confirmed that along with standard OnePlus 7 there would be bigger version also available which would be named OnePlus 7 Pro. OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirmed details related to the upcoming releases from the OnePlus company.
First confirmation is related to the OnePlus 7 Pro that it is really releasing along with the OnePlus 7. Secondly, the CEO quoted “breakthrough” display would be arriving for OnePlus 7. The display is the breakthrough technology, which is rumored to be 90 Hz OLED panel. This would make the display quite smooth and faster. However, to accommodate for this high-end tech, we would assume an increase in price is also inbound.
OnePlus 7 Pro “Breakthrough” Display
OnePlus 7 Pro display is expected to be 3 times as expensive than a normal display panel. While OnePlus has always had low price under its belt and great value, this would be a risky move for the company. Making the jump over to a faster display can cost a lot for the consumer, especially seeing how rarely it has been done before. Further, Carl Pei also disclosed how he was amazed and shocked well on how the panel look was so smooth.
Talking more about OnePlus 7 Pro features, it is expected to arrive with 5G capability. Gathering all these super components into a single handset can output an amazing and powerful device and we can not wait for the official launch.
OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will be arriving through an official announcement event to be held on May 14th.
Let us know in the comments about the breakthrough display? How do you expect it to be a better display than all Android devices?
