Step 1 – Shoot a movie of 6 seconds or you can pick any video from your gallery which is 6 seconds long or more.
Step 2 – Launch the WhatsApp from your app drawer and select the chat in which you want to send the GIF.
Step 3 – In the chat screen, tap on the Paperclip icon that can be found in the corner of the text field and select Gallery option then choose the video from your gallery which should be six seconds long at max.
Step 4 – When you are done choosing the video, an editor will open where you will find GIF button along side the camera icon. Tap on it. Note: If the button is not viewable, further trim the video until it is.
Step 5 – Edit your GIF by tapping on pencil icon and then all you have to do is press that Green Arrow button to send your GIF.
