Seeing ARCore on Pixel, users were intrigued whether if Samsung would adopt the standard. Fortunately, it has and you can test out ARCore instantly. Similar to what Apple offers, Google’s ARCore is meant to encourage more immersive content and experience on Android.
After installing the Gogole ARCore, there are some apps on Google Play Store that will make use of ARCore platform developed for the Augmented Reality experience. Without ARCore, these apps don’t run on stock Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus. Augmented Reality maps digital stuff right onto the real world through the usage of your smartphone’s camera.
