  • If you haven’t already, turn OFF your Samsung Galaxy S9.
  • Now press and hold the POWER button on the right side of your phone. Refer to the diagram above if help needed.
  • When you see the Samsung Galaxy logo, leave the POWER button and then press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button.
  • Keep holding the VOLUME DOWN button until you see the lockscreen of your phone.
  • Once you phone has fully rebooted, look for the small Safe Mode logo at the bottom left of the screen.
