How to Install Gapps on Android 8.0 Oreo Custom ROMs

Android 8.0 Oreo has been officially released by Google with builds already published for Nexus and Pixel devices. However, that also means, Android 8.0 Oreo custom ROMs have started to hit the market. Most custom ROMs that are being released are based of AOSP – Android Open Source Project.
