Huawei launched the Mate 8 at the starting of December and it went out of stock from all the retail shops on the first day. Now the company reports that more than 1 million devices have been sold till now. The company’s CEO made the announcement.
The device is selling like hot cakes and it has been launched in China only for now. Now the company is planning to manufacture more than 1 million devices per month to meet the demand.
The Huawei Mate 8 comes with a 6-inch 1080p display and 4000 mAh battery. It comes with 16 MP camera which can record 1080p videos. The camera can not record 4K videos. The front camera is 8 MP which can also record 1080p videos. It comes with either 32 GB storage and 3 GB RAM or 64 GB storage and 4 GB RAM. The chipset is HiSilicon Kirin 950 with Quad-core 2.3 GHz Cortex-A72 + quad-core 1.8 GHz Cortex A53 processor and Mali-T880 MP4 GPU.
It comes with Android Marshmallow out of the box and supports a Micro SD card up to 128 GB.
