Adobe announced today that they will be cutting down support of their Flash Player for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and later. Flash Player 11.1 on Android 4.1 will not be available later for download as Adobe wants users to move away from Adobe Flash related content on their Android (mobile) devices. Many of us are happy with the decision as more and more websites and web services will use HTML5 now, but most of us still want the Flash Player back.

Flash Play 11.1 APK for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is available for download below. We suggest, you should grab the APK while it lasts and we are not entirely sure if Google would not even let you install the Flash Player APK on Android 4.1 or later Android releases. I’m using a Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and have just downloaded the latest/current version of Adobe Flash Player 11.1.
