Huawei MediaPad ADB Drivers

• November 13, 2011

Huawei recently launched a 1.2 GHz dual-core Android tablet, Huawei MediaPad. It features a dual-core processor, 7-inch display, 5 megapixels camera, Android 3.2 etc. The tablet comes ready to use out-of-the-box, but if you are one of those who like to tweak the devices their own way, you might find this useful. The ADB drivers that come with the Huawei MediaPad don’t install directly itself when you connect the tablet to your computer with a micro USB. It took me a while to realize that the MediaPad comes with Hi Suite, Huawei’s own Android PC Suite to manage devices.

Android 4.0 SDK port for the Nexus S got another release today, and developers have managed to iron out most of the bugs and almost, everything works now.
