N7000XXLSC Android 4.1.2 System Dump for Galaxy Note N7000 Jelly Bean – Download

• Last modified: Tips

N7000XXLSC Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean is now out as a system dump for the Galaxy Note N7000 of the official test firmware by Samsung. A few days ago, XXLSA build was leaked by SamMobile and now, one of the users started getting the official test firmware OTA updates. First, N7100XXLSB and then XXLSC Android 4.1.2 started downloading. We now have the system dump of this firmware for download. You can NOT flash that directly as it needs to be updted in a custom ROM as the XXLSC Android 4.1.2 JB base. This firmware will be completely unbranded custom firmware and could be installed on almost every Galaxy Note N7000 (except China, Taiwan, Hong Kong versions).

As you read further, we have the download link of XXLSC Android 4.1.2 system dump for Galaxy Note N7000. You do not need to have a rooted phone or ClockworkMod recovery as you obviously can’t install a system dump. Developers, will need to come out with a working custom ROM, based on Android 4.1.2 build XXLSC. We have followed all the Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean leaks and will do the same for the Galaxy Note as well. Continue reading below for more updates and tutorials on the latest N7000XXLSC firmware.

Some errors/hints given by the developer:

  • In the zip I named /system as “fsfactory.img”. Rename it to “factoryfs.img” if you want to use the android kitchen for buillding your Custom Rom.
  • If you use dsixda’s kitchen and get an error “Bad Magic” with simg2img.exe: the conversion to ext4 for factoryfs.img and cache.img seems to be not necessary – they are already?!. I just tried to rename factoryfs.img to ext_factoryfs.img and could proceed in the script.
  • I changed a few lines in a script “simg_files_to_working_folder” in the kitchen, so that the above problems and the use of hidden.img works
