    I’m using Jelly Bean 4.1.1 with Galaxy Note 2 and yes I have an arabic keybord but when I send sms to other phones they recieve the text as ??????
    Any suggestions?

      That is because the other phone does not have Arabic language.

    dear Sir , i will do everything as your comment but in last moments i see following error and have failed . what i have to do to install it correctly. also i have done root too as your comment.
