Here are two quick steps on how to access bootloader / fastboot mode on your Huawei MediaPad 10.

Step 1 - Power off the tablet.

Step 2 - Press and hold the Power + Volume Up keys together for about 10 seconds. MediaPad 10 FHD will start and boot into the FASTBOOT mode.
