For now, we again have another official ICS Android 4.0 firmware for download. You can easily install Android 4.0.4 XXALF5 on Galaxy S3 I9300 using the tutorial given below.

This latest I9300XXALF5 was released by Samsung over KIES for Germany in Europe. The modem build is MBCALF1 and the firmware build date is 15th June 2012. Since this firmware is unbranded, you can easily install it on an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S III.
