Install Android 4.0 ICS CM9 on Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830

A big thanks to CyanogenMod 9, Android 4.0 will be coming on many Android phones that won’t be getting the official Android 4.0 ICS software update – Samsung Galaxy Ace is one of those Android phones.

Samsung has no plans to release an official ICS update to Galaxy Ace and have kind of dropped support for the phone as well with no more updates. This is where CM9 comes in and saves the day with a custom CM9 ICS ROM for Galaxy Ace.
