Just To Remember:
- This ROM is only for Nexus S (GT-I9020T) and I am not sure if it will work on the other variants of the Nexus S or not.
- My phone previously had Android 2.3.7 (CyanogenMod 7.1) which was already rooted and had CyanogenMod recovery installed. Please make sure you have this recovery!
- Make a nandroid backup of your previous phone set up before proceeding so you can revert back to it after playing with ICS.

Step 3 - Now copy/paste the We-Scream-For-Ice-Cream-b3.zip (previous build: ICS-nexus-s-dg-port-beta2.zip) file to your SD card. Make sure the file is in the SD card root.

Step 8 - Press the power button again and select “choose zip from sdcard”.
Step 9 -Now using your volume keys, navigate to We-Scream-For-Ice-Cream-b3.zip and select it using the power button. Confirm the installation n the next screen and the installation procedure should start now.
