Just To Remember:
- This ROM is only for Nexus S (GT-I9020T) and I am not sure if it will work on the other variants of the Nexus S or not.
- My phone previously had Android 2.3.7 (CyanogenMod 7.1) which was already rooted and had CyanogenMod recovery installed. Please make sure you have this recovery!
- Make a nandroid backup of your previous phone set up before proceeding so you can revert back to it after playing with ICS.
